Violet Orrery — a memecoin desk built around three rings
Violet Orrery turns a trading desk into an instrument. At its heart hang three interlocked torus rings, each one a dense tube of violet particles with a lavender rim and gold light gathering on its inner edge. The rings sit inside one another like a gyroscope and counter-rotate slowly, while every particle streams along its ring. Inside them lives the relationship engine: a gold hub, a cloud of memory points and spokes to 24 wallet nodes riding the rings.
What the desk shows
- Session P&L, balance and clock. The desk climbs through four tokens in one session while the balance history draws itself in real time.
- Wallet tags on the rings. The three wallets being followed are pinned to live nodes, and their links to the hub glow as the desk moves from entry to exit.
- Buyer mix, reduce → close, wallet flow and trader actions. Each panel reads from the same looping timeline, so the whole screen tells one story.
Real WebGL, not a video
Every ring is rendered live with Three.js: 63,000 particles whose positions are computed in a vertex shader, so the page stays light. The camera never drifts on its own — drag to orbit the orrery 360°, double-click to reset, and move your cursor across the rings to push the particles aside. The ⚙ button switches between seven themes and adjusts speed, particle density, size, depth and zoom.
All figures, tokens and wallets are an illustrative simulation — not trading or financial advice.
